A-LOK® Double Ferrule Fittings
Parker A-LOK® tube fitting has been specifically designed for use on instrumentation, process and control systems, analysers and environmental equipment employed in chemical, petroleum & gas, power generating, semiconductor and pulp and paper plants.
These two ferrule fittings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are available in a broad range of sizes, materials and configurations.
Ferrule is a critical, highly engineered component of tube fittings and serve as key to ensure a high integrity, leak-free connections. The leading edge of ferrule must be hardened for sealing and gripping on tubing.
All Parker A-LOK® back ferrules are Suparcase™ to improve hardness, corrosion resistance and fatigue strength. Unlike traditional high temperature nitride or edge hardening which tends to corrode over time, Suparcase™ is a unique, proprietary surface treatment process that allows stainless steel and other alloys to be hardened without reducing the corrosion resistance, in fact, greatly enhancing it in several ways.
