Cashco is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of a broad line of Control Valves and Regulators that are able to withstand high temperatures and pressures. Cashco has an API-certified testing facility for breather valves and emergency relief vents based on ISA methods. Our products range from Control Valves, Industrial Pressure Regulators, VCI Tank Blanketing Valves, Pressure & Vacuum Relief Valves and Flame Arrestors in line sizes ranging from ¼ inch to 24 inches and Control Valve Cv ranges from .002 to 4,406. Models are also available to handle slurries, cryogenic service and corrosive fluids.

We provide after-sales support including inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, servicing and calibration services. A full documentation for all our valves including functional test reports, calibration reports, conformance certificates, mill test certificates, hydro test reports and positive material identification (PMI) reports are available upon request.

All Purpose - D

One of the most versatile regulators on the market, the Model D can be used for steam, air, water, chemicals and more. Some of the most used applications include steam, air, ink, O2 (ambient), O2 (cryogenic), and NACE service. See the Model DL for larger sizes.

All Purpose - DA4 - All Purpose

ModeL DA4 is high performance, pressure loaded diaphragm-type, flow-to-open pressure reducing regulator. Design includes an internal pressure balancing pistoncylinder that provides high flow capacity and high pressure drop capability. The internal trim design allows the same basic unit to cover a broad range of pressure settings. Performance meets or exceeds that of competitive pressure loaded or pilot-operated designs. The DA4 regulator is applied primarily in clean gaseous service, but may also be applied as a liquid or steam valve. Truly a “DO-ALL” pressure regulator.

Differential Pressure Reducing Regulators - 1000 HP Differential

Models 1000HP-1+6 or 1000HP-1+8 are differential reducing regulators used to maintain a relatively constant pressure differential between the fluid loading pressure and the valve’s outlet pressure.

Pilot Operated Gas Regulators - PTR-1

Model PTR-1 is high performance, pressure loaded diaphragm-type, flow-to-open pressure reducing regulator. Design includes an internal pressure balancing pistoncylinder that provides high flow capacity and high pressure drop capability.

High Flow - DA5

The Model DA5 is a high performance, spring operated, back pres sure regulator with top-guided piston-cylinder that pro vides high flow ca pac i ty and high pressure drop capability. Internal trim design allows the same basic unit to cover a broad range of pressure settings.

High Flow - DA6

The Model DA6 is a high performance, pressure loaded, back pres sure regulator with top-guided piston-cylinder that pro vides high flow capacity and high pressure drop capability.

Process Control Valves - Ranger QCT

The Ranger QCT is a control valve with a pneumatic spring-diaphragm actuator. It can be supplied with either a flanged or flangeless body style.

Process Control Valves - 988

The Model 988 is a globe-style, pneumatic control valve designed primarily for general and chemical service.

Tank Blanketing Valves - 1078 - Tank Blanketing

The Model 1078 is a pilot-operated valve, specifically designed to reduce blanketing gas losses on lowpressure storage tanks. It opens and closes automatically as required, to maintain a closely controlled blanket pressure.

Tank Vents - Weight Loaded - 3200

The Model 3200 vent provides pressure and vacuum relief in applications that require vapors to be piped away.
